Yannick was great to deal with. We had a request slightly outside the rules of the rental agreement but Yannick and us were able to work to an agreeable arrangement that satisfied the needs of all involved parties.The place was as described, clean, neat, tidy. Wi-Fi was good and was a deciding factor as we had a few days of work. The 2 bathrooms were also a blessing. Location was good for us. We wanted something outside the city but close enough to drive. We drove to Quebec City quite a few times and it didn't feel far. The local town had all the basic amenities you need.The community pool was filled primarily with children, and the children in our group fully enjoyed the pool and the hot tub while making new friends. Adults also used the pool but the kids outlasted them with their unlimited energy.The 8 days we had flew by quickly.We noted a couple of minor maintenance issues (not major/deal breakers) and Yannick assured us it would be addressed.Cheers! We recently stayed at this cottage, drawn by its charming location and cozy vibe. While the setting was lovely and the overall layout of the cottage was inviting, there were a few areas that could use some attention to enhance the guest experience. The living area, particularly the couch, felt a bit unclean and could benefit from a thorough deep clean to restore its comfort. The bedding, unfortunately, had a noticeable odor that made it less pleasant to use; fresh, clean sheets would make a big difference. Similarly, the towels seemed worn out and carried a slight smell, so replacing them with newer ones would greatly improve the stay.We also noticed quite of dust on the ceiling fan, which could be easily addressed with regular cleaning to keep the air fresh. The hot tub, while a great feature, had a strong chlorine smell that made it hard to enjoy during our visit,perhaps a quick check on the chemical balance would resolve this.Overall, yannick responded quickly to resolved issues Lire moins

Our family of four stayed here for a week. The house is very cozy and I really liked the tree views from the large windows. Beds are comfy. I brought my own pillows because I always do when I travel. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Grocery stores are in Pont Rouge so no worries if you missed something as it is nearby. We definitely liked the hot tub to unwind after a busy day walking or visiting sites. There is a nice pool, wood and electric sauna, hot tub for the properties, just remember to bring cardboard or paper to start up wood sauna. We met some friendly travellers at the pool. There is a lovely walking trail that goes by the river (15 minutes) on the property, which we liked. You definitely have to visit the Jacques Cartier trail in Pont Rouge, it is a Wow- I didn’t know this was here type of place. Beautiful gorge, water and limestone formations surrounded by forest. Worth the hike- my 10 year old was much better than me. Lire moins
